This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. Nothing about your visit is collected or stored by us. The company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs, including your IP address, for security purposes.

When you contact us

If you phone, email or message us, we keep the details you give us (such as your name, contact details and what you tell us about your condition) so that we can reply, arrange appointments and provide your care.

When you become a patient

As registered healthcare professionals we are required to keep clinical records of your assessment and treatment. These are stored securely, kept confidential, and only shared with others (for example your GP or consultant) with your agreement or where the law requires it. Records are kept for as long as professional guidance and the law require, then securely destroyed.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information where we no longer need to keep it.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
